Shocker from the IOC.
Chicago was the first city eliminated in the runnning for the 2016 Olympic games.    Despite being considered a favorite, it actually received the least number of votes.
At this writing its down to Rio and Madrid.
Surprising, and (at least for me who's a big fan of Chicago) disappointing.
