FYI, it's "'rein in' oil traders." (I think I've seen "reign in" used here before, and it kills me every time.) from freedictionary.com (to confirm my righteousness. ;-) ): "USAGE The words rein and reign should not be confused; note the correct spellings in he gave full rein to his feelings (not reign); and it will be necessary to rein in public spending (not reign in)"
