Health Bill ?

forget that

how about being ROBBED OF HEalth by Big Energy

TXU

Exxon

Exelon

Conoco

BP

Forget health CARE - that's a DISTRACTION

All the while your AIR is ruined, don't worry, you can have free checkups - and a stalled stem cell advancement in western medicine !

Yea! for science ! ? No to stem cell ?

Makes me sick to think about how many people DIE for religion.

I wonder when the people in California will wake up and realize that the reason the state is broke is because they have drivin business out of the state with all their stupid regulations and high taxes. Personally I have no sympathy for them

Re: Leaving Los Angeles

It is interesting to note that over the years as municipalities justified pay raises for their employees they quit comparing jobs to equivalent private sector jobs. Now they make their pay comparisons against other municipalities because many of their jobs now exceed private sector jobs paywise plus they have enhanced benefits that are not offered in the private sector. Folks should spend more time attending their city and county government council meetings and will get a good idea of what is really happening. Some of our worst customers are municipal and county employees because they are used to bullying to get what they want.

Concerning the Creators syndicate article and their departure from LA: I am quite satisfied to see that LA is successfully reducing the population as that will reduce the required water that is pumped hundreds of miles at taxpayer expense. I can only help the city council continues to act in a similar manner, allowing the population to move to jobs that will now hopefully be moving to a place with sufficient natural resources for its population.
