Brian - Funny segment on the Golden Monkeys this morning on FBN! I was tolling away on my laptop this morning (for work) and was amused by your comment - "What if they don't like their new home - then what?" Good point!

Brian,

Thank you for referring to our online bankruptcy chart developed by Professor LoPucki. Professor LoPucki designed the chart originally to give professionals (lawyers and non-lawyers alike) a way to actually 'see' the bankruptcy procedure (including the code passed by Congress, the Rules implemented by the court, and the interaction of the two.) We put the online version up several years ago so even more people could benefit from it. Thank you for helping to publicize it. The more people who know it's there, the more people that will start to see the complexity of the current code and may even come to understand it in a new way. Maybe someday I'll even get the Congress to take a look and perhaps it will help them fashion a new more efficient procedure that they can trust to handle failing giants rather than bailing them out.

Sincerely,

Drew LoPucki
