NANCY PELOSI This article should make your day, knowing we have such honest "reprehensibles" in our government!! "SNOPES" VALIDATES THE BELOW FACTS: Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi's home district includes San Francisco . Star-Kist Tuna's headquarters are in San Francisco, Pelosi's home district. Star-Kist is owned by Del Monte Foods and is a major contributor to Pelosi. Star-Kist is the major employer in American Samoa employing 75% of the Samoan workforce. Paul Pelosi, Nancy's husband, owns $17 million dollars of Star-Kist stock. In January, 2007 when the minimum wage was increased from $5.15 to $7.25, Pelosi had American Samoa exempted from the increase so Del Monte would not have to pay the higherwage. This would make Del Monte products less expensive than their competition's. H.R.11 - Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act of 2009 UNLESS YOUR A SAMOA H.R.12 - Paycheck Fairness Act UNLESS YOUR A SAMOA Last week when the huge bailout bill was passed, Pelosi added an earmark to the final bill adding $33 million dollars for an 'economic development credit in AmericanSamoa '. Pelosi has called the Bush Administration "CORRUPT" ? ? How do you spell "HYPOCRISY" ? ? EVERY AMERICAN SHOULD GET THIS E-MAIL. IT IS ENOUGH TO MAKE A HOLY PERSON ANGRY ENOUGH TO GO THROW THEM ALL OUT ON THEIR BEHINDS MS STABENOW SAID 33 WEEKS OF UNIMPLOYMENT IS $25.00 week BUT her RAISE IS $100.00 WEEK ALL YEAR long ? you get a raise but SAMOA'S they don't?

Brian love the breakdown of taxpayers dollars when here it's headed. Congress needs to cutback too. Now locally I learned in the Hattiesburg American is that some local politicians here in Vicksburg Ms want to secretly raise the Homestead Tax against property owners. Well I think its stupid economically on thier part. Now the story never got reported in the Vicksburg Post. Also in the town the size of Vicksburg Ms,the mayor and aldermen have pay equilivent to that of SES in the fed goverment. They always vote themselves a payraise. Now how many small amd medium municipalities do this? Local politicans like their Washington counterparts should feel the torches and pitchforks.
