CEO Wagner's firing raises a constutional question here. Has the president violated the founding father's in the US constitution when it comes to seperation of public and private. Has that been explored?
Doug-41
Mr. Wagner's mistake, it appears, was in not contributing to Mr. Obama's coffers to the extent of that which was contributed by the executives at AIG; those exalted reciepients of 170 billion in bailout assistance. He also appearantly erred in expecting the UAW to contribute more to GM restructuring efforts; a direct assualt on Obama's support team. Hopefully, BO's inferiority complex will eventually get the best of him and his kingdom will crumble, and hopefully America will wake up before that happens.

All fascist dictators in history have started out by telling everyone they're just trying to help out the poor working people.

I think that the president has no concept of what he is doing. He is getting some really bad advice. Is he letting all the power go to his head? Why didn't they put all the restrictions on AIG? Maybe if they had the tax payers wouldn't be out 180 BILLION dollars. And to think they thought Bush was bad. What next? No wonder people are trying to save money instead of spending it.

I noticed he buttered up to the CEO's of the big banks, but is pushing Wagoner out. This administration appears to be acting like dictators and I don't like it at all. Good grief it's the taxpayer money, not Obama's. He has yet to become an effective CEO in the presidency himself as far as good solutions are concerned. Just behaving like a thug, pushing people around.

Well, with the firing of Wagoner by Obama I guess it's official. We are no longer a Republic. The USA is now a dictatorship. Welcome to the brave new world, comrade. You're fired.
