By the way ... on the 10am ET show today we discuss the psychology behind what it takes to pull of massive crimes such as the one Madoff is accused of, and also if he poses a threat to himself now that he's facing the real possibility of life in prison.
My take on Madoff and the bulletproof vest,...if he's guilty of loosing even a fraction of the money he's accused of losing, he'll have some very angry investors who might not want to wait for a trail.

Why is gas stable and or rising while oil is tanking :)....it seems the charts on oil and gas are not reading the same play book...that's the story I am watching and can't find much info.
